About Us
Welcome to Light In The Darkness—where ancient wisdom meets critical thought. Here, we explore the deeper layers of religious texts like the Torah, the Qur'an, the Kolbrin, and apocryphal writings, guided by the principle: it’s not who writes, but what is written and it’s not who speaks, but what is said.
We believe that all sacred books hold a hidden test, a challenge between light and darkness, truth and confusion. As Deuteronomy 30:19 tells us,
“I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Therefore, choose life...”
The choice between light and darkness is ever-present, urging us to approach these texts not with emotion, but with intellectual discernment.
In Surah Al-Baqarah 2:256, the Qur’an reminds us that,
“The right path has become distinct from the wrong,”
a clear call to distinguish between clarity and confusion.
Similarly, the Kolbrin Bible in The Book of Wisdom 1:4 advises,
“Man must learn to separate the truth from untruth... that which is real and that which is illusion,”
a perfect reflection of our mission to sift light from darkness.
Knowledge, wisdom, and understanding are at the core of this pursuit.
As Proverbs 2:6 declares,
“For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.”
This wisdom is echoed in Surah Az-Zumar 39:9,
“Are those who know equal to those who do not know?”
Our task is to discern the pure from the impure, the clear from the obscure, and the eternal from the fleeting.
The Kolbrin Bible in The Book of Gleanings 4:5 speaks to this battle:
“There is a constant struggle between light and darkness, and man must strive to ensure the light within prevails over the encroaching shadows.”
Join us on this journey of discovery, where understanding transcends dogma, and the light of knowledge shines through the darkness.
